How do I ensure my pastries arrive fresh?

We bake all orders fresh on the morning of dispatch and use specialized temperature-controlled packaging to maintain the perfect texture and flavor during transit.

Do you offer same-day delivery for local orders?

Yes, same-day delivery is available for local customers who place their orders before 11:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following morning.

Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?

What is your policy on returns and refunds?

We recommend consuming pastries on the day of arrival. Bread can be stored in a cool, dry place in its original paper bag for 2-3 days, or sliced and frozen for up to a month.
